The Wild Side Road Team has been evolving since 2004 and after three years, 2007 looks set to be the year it achieves the goals it has set itself.

With an 8 man squad based on Elite and 1st cat riders it aims to be one of, if not the strongest team in the south-east. Goals include southern stage races, the S.E.Series, Elite and 1st category open races as well as selected national criteriums and premier calendar events for some riders.

The team will also savour its share of kermesse racing on trips to Belgium throughout the season.

Whilst racing hard, there is also an emphasis on enjoying it too. All riders work full time and have been selected on their ability to fit into the team as much as their ability to win races.

The team is managed by Ashley Holding.

John Green ( Ewhurst Control ) and Richard Smith ( Wild Side ) are the teams principal sponsors and not only play an active role in the team decision process but can be seen supporting the riders at events throughout the year.
