Adam founded Fusion Media in 2007 from a passion for cycling and the media. Over the last nine years, he has successfully grown the company to lead the way in communicating cycling and endurance sport to the mainstream.
Adam was a former national level racing cyclist and has also worked as a freelance journalist, contributing to cycling and national publications, including BBC News during London 2012.
He is husband to Aurélie and father to twin boys, Léon and Rémi. When he gets chance, he likes to go for a run.
Wiesia is a keen racing cyclist, competing regularly at events like the Tour Series. She has a 1st Class degree in Sports Management and 12 years of experience within the sports industry. V (as she’s known to colleagues) heads up our account management at Fusion and line manages the rest of the team members.
V was nominated in BikeBiz’s Woman of the Year 2015.
Guy works with the agency with a focus on further developing our European offering as well as lending us some of his wider business experience as we continue to grow.
Elliott brings a wealth of international commercial experience. He was CEO for DHL’s Supply Chain business in Northern Europe, a business generating in excess of £1 billion turnover per annum, working extensively in Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia and The Baltics, amongst others.
Elliott also has a detailed knowledge of the cycling industry in its widest context. Opting out of mainstream business life in 2013 to pursue a keen interest in cycling, Elliott joined SweetSpot to establish The Women’s Tour, which since its inception in 2014 is regarded as one of the premier events on the women’s international calendar. He is Race Controller on both the Tour of Britain and the Women’s Tour.
Andy has represented his country at two Olympic Games, two Commonwealth Games, multiple World and European Championships and is currently the parkrun World Record Holder.
Andy is our Head of Endurance Sport and leads the agency’s growth in running and endurance sport.
As well as his prolific running background, Baddeley has a strong skillset in sports marketing. In addition to a career in professional sport, he also has a double first and a Master of Engineering from Cambridge University.
Iain is our digital lead and has years of experience working as a Social Media and Content Strategist for fast-growing agencies and start ups. A keen triathlete in his spare time; Iain is taking on Ironman Zurich in 2017.
His cycling knowledge, combined with his passion for social media, content and measurable marketing ensures cost-effective + creative campaigns.
Inge works on day-to-day PR activity both in the UK and in Europe. Originally from the Netherlands, Inge is a passionate cyclist who has worked for agencies like Edelman and Hill+Knowlton. She’s a great communicator and great at building relationships.
As well as taking part in the Paris-Roubaix sportive in 2015, Inge has recently completed a half marathon and half Ironman.
Phil liaises with our lifestyle and national contacts to secure regular coverage. Phil caught the cycling bug again 8 years ago in order to lose weight and hasn’t looked back since.
Formally trained in Sports Public Relations with experience in customer services and sales roles, Phil is very much a people person and has a wealth of great relationships and contacts, which grows on a daily basis.
Emily runs our social media content strategies, using her passion for both cycling and photography. A trained Photographer, Emily is highly creative and responsible for the look and feel of the brands we work with on social media.
She comes from a cycling family and lives and breathes the sport.
Ben helps drive the day-to-day PR program for a range of clients across the UK and Europe. Having grown up racing on both the velodrome and the road, he employs a sound knowledge of endurance sport with strong media-relation skills to help clients grow their reputation.
Prior to joining Fusion Ben worked within financial communications, helping some of the world’s largest asset managers to communicate effectively with investors, employees, policy-makers, regulators and the wider public.
From runner to triathlete to racing cyclist, Sam has been involved in sport in one form or another from a young age. Having sat on the committee for one of the UK’s largest cycling clubs, Sam is a well known face at a grass roots level.
He joined Fusion from an advertising role at Bauer Media.
An engineering graduate turned marketeer, Tara works on content marketing and SEO to help drive web traffic, spot opportunities and ensure we’re reaching the right audiences. She also teaches spin classes around London and loves her calisthenics training.
Christina is our team assistant and helps to keep us organised in completing our day to day admin tasks. Degree educated, she has over 10 years experience working as an Executive Assistant and senior organisational roles.
Christina has travelled the world to support her family in their cycling pursuits; her partner has completed numerous charity cycle rides, most recently a 300 mile ride across the Rockies in Canada. Her step-father is also known to never miss a cycling event on the TV and likes a spin up Alpe d’Huez.
Duncan is a talented photographer and videographer and works with Fusion on a regular basis on behalf of clients’ creative projects. He works in Manchester, London and on the road, usually chasing cyclists, in Europe.
Stuart is a leading London-based advertising and campaign photographer. Working with Fusion since 2008, he’s our go-to guy for brand, campaign and press photography. He has photographed the England Football Team for The FA, worked with Channel 4 and regularly works with Men’s Health. He has twice held the Guinness World Record for the most amount of Malteasers thrown into a mouth from a distance in one minute. Seriously.
