Adam was a former national level racing cyclist and has also worked as a freelance journalist, contributing to cycling and national publications, including BBC News during London 2012.
He is husband to Aurélie and father to twin boys, Léon and Rémi. When he gets the chance, he likes to go for a run.
V was nominated in BikeBiz’s Woman of the Year 2015. She completed The Transcontinental, an autonomous bike race across Europe, in August 2017. V was rider 53 and rode a total distance of 4,271km with total climbing of 52,559m,
He brings a wealth of international commercial experience. He was CEO for DHL’s Supply Chain business in Northern Europe, a business generating in excess of £1 billion turnover per annum, working extensively in Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia and The Baltics, amongst others.
Guy also has a detailed knowledge of the cycling industry in its widest context. Opting out of mainstream business life in 2013 to pursue a keen interest in cycling, he joined SweetSpot to establish The Women’s Tour, which since its inception in 2014 is regarded as one of the premier events on the women’s international calendar. He is Race Controller on both the Tour of Britain and the Women’s Tour.
Andy is our Head of Operations. He leads the agency’s operational performance, as well as our growth in running and endurance sport.
As well as his prolific running background, he has a strong skillset in sports marketing. In addition to a career in professional sport, Andy also has a double first and a Master of Engineering from Cambridge University.
Ruth is a keen hockey player, but can usually be found in a spin class or at a pub with a G&T in hand.
Prior to joining Fusion Ben worked within financial communications, helping some of the world’s largest asset managers to communicate effectively with investors, employees, policy-makers, regulators and the wider public.
He joined Fusion from an advertising role at Bauer Media.
She comes from a cycling family and lives and breathes the sport.
