hi guys

I write this from my hotel room with a big white cast thing on my wrist not good.
More rough with the smooth for me fonzy. On crashing after 50km on a descent i got back on to finish 4th in the 191 km race .
anyway what more can i say im gutted but will see when and if i can start on weds i think i will be good with the help of a knife to chop off this stupid pot.
