Hi and welcome to my new long awaited site of Russ Downing / Fonzy!
Hope you all enjoy the ups and downs of my crazy career, which I hope to keep you posted on throughout the seasons. It's a new start for me next season in the states so I thought I would make an effort with getting my website off the ground. My career has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs with teams folding around me and various other misfortunes, follow my stories and please don’t do the same as me what ever you do! So, when I became National Road race Champion in 2005 I was absolutely over the moon and things have gone on from there. From Team Recycling to DFL / Cycling News / Litespeed to 2007 going stateside with Team Health Net / Maxxis. What a change this will be but an exciting one at that, so I hope you will join me in trying the American side of Racing Enjoy the season with Russ Downing / Fonzy, Hope its not to serious. |
